The room was spacious! It had all the toiletries ready for use. The staff were friendly and helpful . I was pleased with the level of service I received. The breakfast was delicious too!

i felt quite let down. the room i got didn't match the pictures online at all. also, the bedsheets had some stains , made me question whether they were properly cleaned. (i was really hoping for a better experience)

the staff were available on the phone late at night, a detail i suppose, met expectations.
The washbasin was not properly installed. It sat too far back, impeding access, made using it awkward. the sheets had stains. i am unsure if they were laundered properly. It was a little concerning, frankly.

The hotel is situated very close to the airport. i found limited access to snacks after hours, very helpful after a late arrival. my room was well kept. I noticed the staff were eager to assist me with my luggage. i appreciated the restaurant as it offered delicious food.
the quilt had a very small stain, but it was replaced promptly after i requested it.

the beautiful double room featured a comfortable bed. i observed the room included a small writing desk, useful for catching up on work. the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay.
